Champlain Community Services (CCS)

Champlain Community Services (CCS), Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing essential one-to-one supports to Vermonters with intellectual and developmental disabilities, primarily in Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle counties. CCS is a Specialized Services Agency in VT’s developmental services system, focused on career development and employment for our clients. Way2Work, its employment and career development program has earned national recognition. It offers a continuum of employment supports from preparing for that first job through retirement, engaging students still in high school through Bridging, transitioning students through School2Work, and an adult employment program rated "best in Vermont" for ten consecutive years. CCS can help VBSR members meet their needs for a skilled workforce that is also neuro-diverse.
